Refund policy

Returns

We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Food products are not returnable. Clearance items are not returnable. Items in the Lower-Priced Items category are not returnable due to the significantly discounted prices.

All returns and exchanges that are not due to incorrect item descriptions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer will be required to pay all return shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact the credit card company or bank that issued your card. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted due to the card company's policies.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Items that are not defective or damaged may be exchanged, but our same restocking fee & return policy applies. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the original purchaser requests a refund through the original payment method instead of providing gift credit to the recipient, then the original purchaser will receive said refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund that is not due to an error in item description, there will be a 30% restocking fee charged and you'll have to pay the cost of returning the item. (A domestic or closer address may be provided in order to lower your costs.)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
