This is a handmade wooden mask. These masks (kagura) are used in traditional art performances across Japan.
Due to the small size, it is clear that this was made to only be decoration and is too small to use in any performance.
This is the face of a woman with plump cheeks, known as Okame/おかめ.

C - Chips and cracking all over the mask, but mostly around the eyes, chin, middle of the face, and around the hair.
Quality Rank (Outer Fabric):
S = Near Mint Condition, No signs of aging, staining, or wear.
A = A very small amount of staining or aging can be seen, such as one or two age spots.
B = Signs of use and a few small stains or many tiny stains (such as dots from aging).
C = Stains are easy to spot, large, and/or numerous, and may contrast heavily with the fabric.
D = Holes or very large stains. Significant signs of aging and use may also be seen.
E = Salvage only.
Due to the quality and/or design, this kimono is being offered at a significantly reduced price, with a minimum amount of details being provided. Please understand that these usually be fairly stained and that we are unable to provide any more information or photos. We suggest this to be worn informally or upcycled in order to continue the life of the piece.

The shipping fee is excluded from the price, but is based on the actual weight and dimensions plus a ~$10 handling fee and payment processing fees. The price for shipping one kimono will be significantly higher than four or five, on a per-kimono basis. If the shipping fee is significantly higher than the actual fee (such as if we can fit all into the 5kg box, but the system requires payment for a 10kg box), we will refund the excess shipping fees.

Shipping Fees for Lower-Priced Items
...are determined by their weight and size. Unlike standard-priced items in our store, the cost of shipping and handling are excluded from the price. Lower-priced items also will usually be of quality rank C or D and will lack the broad amount of detailing that's included in our standard listings in order to minimize the cost to you.
The shipping fee includes a handling fee of ~US$10 and payment processing fees. (Countries with mandatory recycling systems and VAT collection will have additional fees added to the shipping fee to account for the additional cost to sell to customers within those countries.)
Tracking is included on all shipments. If we can ship through a significantly cheaper method, we will switch to that method and refund the difference to the customer. (For example, if we can fit everything in the Size 80/5kg box, but the system required the customer to pay for the Size 100/10kg box.) The fees listed include the cost of packaging,
Typically, 1 standard women's kimono will weigh 750-1050g, with a furisode being 900-1300g, and a tomesode being 1100-1650g. Sometimes two kimonos will fit in the Size 60/2kg box, but they would usually have to be sent through Japan Post or using the 5kg Yamato/UPS box. With this setup, we suggest people order 3-5 kimonos in order to minimize their shipping costs.
