This box contains five silk kimonos. All are in excellent condition (lA~B - Lttle or no staining) except for the unlined kimono (hitoe). Also, all of these are washable.

The quality ranks of all of these are A~B, so there are either no stains or very few stains. (We don't examine these as closely as our individually-cataloged items, so all items that are Quality A are listed as A~B instead of A.)

Quality Rank (Outer Fabric):
S = Near Mint Condition, No signs of aging, staining, or wear.
A = A very small amount of staining or aging can be seen, such as one or two age spots.
B = Signs of use and a few small stains or many tiny stains (such as dots from aging).
C = Stains are easy to spot, large, and/or numerous, and may contrast heavily with the fabric.
D = Holes or very large stains. Significant signs of aging and use may also be seen.
E = Salvage only.

Some or all of the cost of shipping is built into our prices (lower-priced items have shipping fees completely excluded). Customers in most of North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia will only pay US$10-15 for shipping or will receive free shipping.
Lightweight items (under 600g) usually require a shipping fee of US$10-15, depending on the country.
Heavier items will usually have the cost of shipping fully built in, so there are no shipping fees.
Because shipping fees are built into our prices, you can receive a discount for making a large order.

Standard shipping is with Japan Post. Delivery is expected to take 2-3 weeks.
Orders with express shipping (via Yamato/UPS) are usually delivered in about 1 week.
Japan Post:
$11 on orders of small/lightweight items (obijime, juban) and free on large items (kimono, fukuro obi) over $40. You may be required to pay shipping fees when ordering multiple items under $40.
UPS:
$20 (additional) on orders of individual items and decreases the more items you purchase. Express shipping is free if you order a number of larger items (such as three kimonos), but not if you order a small number of items under $40.
Canada:
Standard shipping is with Japan Post, with shipping fees the same as the U.S.
Delivery is expected to take 1-5 weeks, and tracking is unavailable and UPS is unavailable.
Europe:
Packages sent through Japan Post usually take 1-5 weeks. The Netherlands, UK, France, Germany, and other nearby countries usually receive packages in a week.
Packages sent through UPS usually arrive in 1-3 weeks.
Japan Post:
$10 on orders of small items, free on large items over $40.
UPS:
The price starts at US$40 and decreases as you add more items.
3+ large items (kimono, furisode, fukuro obi): Free
UPS is unavailable for certain countries due to significantly high shipping fees. Larger orders will be split to keep packages under 2kg.
Asia, Oceania:
Delivery using Japan Post usually takes 1-3 weeks.
UPS usually takes about 1 week.
Japan Post:

**There is a 5% surcharge to use PayPal. If you'd like to use PayPal, please place all the items you want to order in your cart and tell us that you'd like to use PayPal. We'll then add a 5% surcharge to the items and will activate PayPal.**
We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Food products are not returnable. Clearance items are not returnable.
All returns and exchanges that are not due to incorrect item
descriptions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer will be required to pay all return shipping fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact the credit card company or bank that issued your card. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted due to the card company's policies.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
