The cost of shipping depends on the country, currency conversion, processing fees for taxes and recycling of imported materials, and which options are available. The best way to see the cost of shipping is by going to the checkout page. You don't need to put in your address, but may need to put in a zip/postal code (which can be anywhere in your country).

In general, a kimono will cost US$20-30 to ship to Australia, non-EU countries, some of Africa, most of Central America, and some South American countries, $25-35 to ship to the EU, $15-25 to ship to Asia, and $30-60 to ship to most African and South American countries.

The cargo ship option is significantly cheaper than airmail, but it takes longer. Please understand this when placing your order and select airmail if you need to have the item(s) immediately.

The cheapest airmail shipping is for packages under 2 kilograms. If you want fast delivery at the lowest price, please only order up to 1.9 kilograms of items. per order.

USA:

We are constantly adding items to our U.S. inventory, which are fulfilled from Minnesota using USPS Priority Mail (Ground Advantage for lightweight items/orders) and should be delivered about 2-3 days after being shipped (4+ days for Ground Advantage). Shipments are currently scheduled to take place once a week.

Items currently in Japan will be sent to Minnesota and then fulfilled from Minnesota. Delivery is expected to take 3-4 weeks after being ordered.

Canada:

Delivery is expected to take 1-5 weeks, and tracking is unavailable. (A recent package received domestic tracking updates, so there's a possibility that tracking has resumed.)

Europe:

Airmail: Packages usually take 1-5 weeks. The Netherlands, UK, France, Germany, and other nearby countries usually receive packages in a week.
Cargo Ship: 2-3 months

Asia, Oceania:

Airmail: 1-3 weeks (estimated)
Cargo Ship: 1-2 months (estimated)

Australia:

Airmail: 2-3 weeks (estimated)
Cargo Ship: 1-2 months (estimated)

Africa:

We can accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Food products are not returnable. Clearance items are not returnable.

All returns and exchanges that are not due to incorrect item
descriptions will be subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer will be required to pay all return shipping fees.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also
notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days, please contact the credit card company or bank that issued your card. It may take additional time before your refund is officially posted due to the card company's policies.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
