For many countries, import duties and taxes aren't a problem, but effectively all of Europe has to deal with these.
We mainly ship through Yamato Transport, which usually delivers through UPS. There is a significant chance that you'll be required to pay more import duties and taxes than usual, so if you're interested in decreasing these fees, please tell us that you'd like to have your package shipped through Japan Post.
There is a chance that we can give you a small shipping refund as well, as Japan Post is usually cheaper than Yamato Transport.
The main issue with Japan Post right now is that they aren't allowing normal shipping routes to all but ten countries across the world, so your package will likely take 2-3 months to deliver. You will be provided tracking information for your package if you decide to use Japan Post.
